  • Thank you for your interest in joining the Lakeview Properties community! Our application process is quick, secure, and fully online. Please read the instructions below carefully to ensure a smooth submission.

📋 How to Apply

Whether you’re applying on your own or with a guarantor, we’ve made it easy. Select the application that fits your situation:

✅ With a Guarantor:

  • The Guarantor completes the Rental Application
  • The Tenant completes the Tenant Application
  • The guarantor will receive an authorization email from MyRental.com to approve the background and credit check. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.)

✅ Without a Guarantor:

  • The Tenant completes the Rental Application only.

📎 Required Documents

Before you begin, please prepare the following files for upload:

  • A clear copy of your Driver’s License or Government ID
  • Recent proof of income (pay stubs, offer letter, etc.)

You will upload these documents during the application process.

💵 Application Fee & Payment

Your application will not be processed until the fee is received.

Payment Methods:

Zelle or Venmo – Send to: [Rob, Property Owner] (details will be provided during application)

ACH Bank Draft – Refer to the Rental Application for account details

Memo Line: Please include:
"Application Fee - [Your Full Name]"
